Regional Director – North West

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to spearhead Adderstone Living's expansion into the North West region. The position will be taking full responsibility for business development, strategic planning and operational delivery while building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional affordable homes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic leadership by developing and implementing comprehensive regional growth plans aligned with company objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and market expansion
* Oversee complete project lifecycle from land acquisition through to completion, ensuring developments meet quality standards, timeframes and budgetary requirements
* Lead financial management including P&L responsibility, cost control, forecasting and risk mitigation strategies
* Build and maintain strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, contractors and key stakeholders
* Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, health and safety standards and company policies
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities while maintaining competitive advantage
* Lead customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standards and ensuring swift resolution of partner concerns throughout development projects.
