Hours: Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours - Flexible on start and finish times

Office Angels are supporting a family-run business in Keighley who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their small, friendly team. You will be responsible for finance duties and report into the Finance Assistant. Another part of this role will be data analysis, so you need to be an intermediate user of Excel!
Main duties:
* Analysing data and uploading courier recharges
* Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts
* Credit control duties
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Office management including placing orders for office and customers
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance
* Assist with other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in finance administration or a related field
* Proficiency in using Excel (Essential)
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* IT literate - All Microsoft packages and CRM systems
