The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests, and helping people realize their dreams!

We provide person-centred individualized care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)!

You will receive a 2-week induction to learn about PBS, understanding communication and behavior, how to teach skills, and enable people to live the lifestyle that they wish!

A workplace induction follows, which enables you to learn how to support the individual in the way they wish. We will fund staff to complete the Level 3 Health & Social Care. We have a leadership pathway for those who have the right ambition, skills, and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
