Your new role As Contract Administrator, you will coordinate and oversee the end-to-end maintenance processes for the the Tunnels and Pump Stations contract. This role ensures planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, emergency callouts (ECO), and defect reporting are carried out efficiently, adhering to client standards and KPI benchmarks. Your key responsibilities will include Develop and implement detailed PPM schedules that meet client requirements and regulatory standards for tunnel and pump station assets. Create comprehensive yearly traffic management plans and secure necessary road space permits. Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance activities within the TFL Maximo system, including PPM, ECO, and defect handling. Partner with senior maintenance engineers to craft weekly task lists for PPM and reactive maintenance, distributing them to supervisors. Maintain clear and consistent communication with the client, providing updates on maintenance progress, emergency responses, and defect resolution. Ensure asset data integrity by regularly updating the Maximo system to reflect the latest asset information. Collaborate with supply chain partners to confirm resource availability for maintenance schedules. Support additional duties as needed to streamline contract operations and workflow execution.
