Key Responsibilities: ·Design and specify all aspects of Mechanical Building Services for life science and industrial projects. ·Deliver design solutions, including drawings, specifications, reports, and site surveys. ·Ensure all designs meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards. ·Manage Mechanical Services involvement in small to medium-sized projects, overseeing time, cost, and client relationship management. ·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient and buildable solutions. ·Contribute to the development of bid proposals, tender specifications, and project planning. What They're Looking For: ·Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) or working towards Chartered status. ·Proven track record of delivering projects in the life sciences or related industries such as healthcare. ·Competence in the design of HVAC, critical systems, public health systems, and building management systems. ·Experience with IES Thermal Modelling, AutoCAD, and Revit is desirable. ·Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
