We’re looking for Housekeeping Team Manager to join #TeamUHD
Housekeeping Managers are responsible for Housekeeping services within a zone/area. To be responsible for adjustments of work plans and allocation of duties to ensure all areas of work are covered. To performance manage their staff and resolve any problems satisfactorily. To work with all service users to maintain a clean and safe environment, achieving the targets set out through all policies and procedures set by the department and the Trust.
To organise, co-ordinate and monitor daily activities within an allocated area for the service provided (Housekeeping), ensuring department and Trust policies and procedures are followed to ensure a high quality, consistent, efficient and responsive customer focused service is maintained.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital
