As a DC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our data centre. This involves managing a skilled team, maintaining critical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations within the data centre, ensuring uptime and efficiency. Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and backup power. Oversee planned maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet client and business requirements. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including emergency preparedness. Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs and reports.About You: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in data centre or critical facilities management. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, UPS systems, electrical infrastructure, and fire suppression systems. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
