What are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for an ambitious, energetic, and tenacious Business Development Manager to help grow our client base across key sectors including retail, heritage, manufacturing, property, and construction.
* The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience working in or with creative agencies (preferred, not essential)
* A proven track record in business development and lead generation
* A solid understanding of branding, marketing, and digital services
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* A fresh perspective and new ideas for business growth
* Great commercial instincts and the ability to spot new opportunities
* A ‘black book’ of potential clients
* Drive, ambition, and a hunger to succeed.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
* Researching, identifying, and generating new business leads
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline and client database
* Following up opportunities and setting up meetings
* Contributing business development ideas and strategies
* Reporting progress in weekly management meetings
* Strengthening our presence in the Sheffield City Region.
Where will you be working?
This role is based at our offices in Kelham, Sheffield and whilst we promote hybrid working, we expect the successful candidate will work in the office at least three days per week.
