Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Administrator to join their team and provide vital support across their business functions. As an Administrator, you will play an integral part in the smooth day-to-day running of operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office management role, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Manage correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries, ensuring timely responses and excellent customer service. As well as being a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to maintain communication. Track and manage fuel cards, ensuring data is accurately recorded and up to date. Oversee fleet management including MOTs, services, and PMI scheduling. Utilise Bright HR to manage employee records, holidays, and other HR administration. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, taking and distributing meeting minutes where required. Book accommodation and travel arrangements for operatives working away. Assist in the management of subcontractor qualification questionnaires, including tracking and updating associated documents such as insurance and training certificates. Organise and document training matrices, booking operatives onto courses when certificates are due for renewal. What We're Looking For Proven experience in an administrative Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HR management systems (such as Bright HR) is desirable but not essential. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
