Autism / Learning Disabilities Key Worker

Rate: Band 6, £30-£52 depending on experience.
6 month contract with view to extend
Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Autism / Learning Disabilities Key Worker in North West London.
This role focuses on providing support to a small caseload of children and young people up to the age of 25 that are at risk of admission to, or placed in, specialist mental health inpatient settings.
Role Responsibilities:
To act as the main point of contact for CYP and their family and strengthen links with relevant professionals.
To attend and contribute to community and inpatient Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews
Maintain clear, accurate records of work with each young person in line with local procedures
Engaging and liaising with stakeholders (including service users) that supports the provision of person-centred care
Essential Requirements:
Professional registration ideally within CAMHS remit such as: Social Worker, Nurse, teacher, therapist or significant experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
Enhanced DBS check, children and adults
