A London market insurance business are looking for a Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their finance department to the Senior Finance Business Partners in business planning and reporting. This includes production and distribution of annual budgets and long-term forecasts to underwriting divisions.
The main responsibilities of this Assistant Finance Business Partner role will include:
* Assist Finance Business Partners and underwriters with production of annual business plan
* Ensure that financial results are communicated as required, and that robust numbers flow to actuarial and financial processes.
* Provide financial analysis and opinions to support decision-making in the business
* Work directly with underwriters regularly to produce premium forecasts
* Communicate effectively with both information providers and stakeholders
* Ad-hoc analysis as required to support the business
The successful candidate for this Assistant Finance Business Partner will need experience in a commercial finance role within the insurance industry, ideally the Lloyd's insurance insurance. The candidate must also be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have prior stakeholder management experience.
