We are seeking a dynamic leader who will be responsible for the Workforce Intelligence function comprising of People Systems and Planning & Analytics and will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our strategic workforce priorities. The post holder will lead the service, contribute at a senior level within the People Directorate and relevant Trust committees as well as working closely across the wider organisation. You will lead strategic workforce planning across the Trust and be the People lead for annual business planning aligned to the delivery of the strategic workforce ambitions of the ICB and all key partners. You will also lead transformation including the optimisation of establishment control processes, developing ESR functionality and supporting the development and implementation of information systems and wider processes.
