Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network in order to maximise customer satisfaction.
Aftersales, Rolls Royce Motor Cars – Service Operations Intern – 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
We have several placements within Ownership Services (Aftersales) including Warranty, Field Quality and Technical Campaign roles.
All three of these roles ensure students will have a hands-on experience with several projects from day one, while gaining practical insight into how an international corporate business functions. These roles will also allow students to interact with and support our global dealer network whilst also gaining experience with operations such as global cost analysis.
What awaits you?
1. Analysing and reporting key performance results to identify specific trends.
2. Creating and updating dealer communication bulletins.
3. Supporting the manager with ongoing project work.
4. Liaising with internal and global departments about quality and cost analysis.
5. Preparing and creating department presentations.
Qualifications and Experience
6. Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree - preferably in Engineering, Business and Finance Management or another STEM related subject.
7. Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication skills
8. Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
9. Passion for the automotive industry
10. Interest in working in an international team
11. Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

What do you need to do now?
