We are seeking a Senior Key Worker who will lead by example in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting. You will take responsibility for the development and implementation of individual care plans, acting as a key contact for allocated residents, and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for residents, fostering positive relationships and providing consistent support. Develop, review, and monitor care plans, ensuring they align with residents' needs and goals. Support team members with guidance and training, promoting best practices. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards. Facilitate activities that promote personal development and independence. Manage challenging situations calmly and effectively, maintaining a safe environment. Liaise with families, external agencies, and professionals to ensure holistic care. Requirements: Relevant experience in a residential care setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Strong communication and leadership skills.
