BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Co- Ordinator based in Yardley, Birmingham.\n\nIdeally you will have previous experience working as a Scheme Manager previously or have worked in Social Housing/Supported Living background.\n\nThis role will be running a retirement living service for older adults above the age of 55.\n\nHours- 12 hours per week 4 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday & Friday\n\nTemporary ongoing to start ASAP\n\nPay - Between £15.49ph PAYE or £19.20ph UMB\n\nThe main function of the role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, ensuring the scheme is maintained and being responsible for resident engagement and involvement.\n\nOther duties will include but not limited too;\n\n· Daily welfare checks with the residents\n\n· Signposting information\n\n· Maintenance reporting\n\n· Health & Safety checks\n\nApply now for immediate consideration
