A fast-paced business with ties to the public sector are looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line analyst to assist with generally BAU IT infrastructure support. This role will require onsite working in offices based in Kent Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, with shift patterns surrounding normal office hours. Your daily responsibilities will include responding to support tickets, support calls and emails providing prompt and efficient fixes, and escalation to technical support where required. Using the ITSM to log, track and manage incidents. Providing routine maintenance and admin on systems including user account management, software updates, and backups. User support and training and supporting service improvements. Essential experience: Demonstrable 1st/2nd line IT support experience both remotely and in-person Experience using an IT Service Management System (ITSM) Network and server administration Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common IT hardware and software Knowledge of TCP/IP principles MS Cloud Services such as Azure or Office 365 Professional certifications such as CompTIA A, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar (highly desirable) Ready to take the first step to your next step?
