Purely Care are on the hunt for a warm and kind person with 2 years previous social care experience to join our amazing team of part and full time care assistants as a Care Supervisor, in Norwich
This role enables you to make a difference by maintaining care standards and helping to motivate and lead our care staff. As well as previous experience of working in a healthcare setting, you must also hold a relevant healthcare qualification, minimum level 2.
In return, we’ll support you every step of the way by providing the training necessary to continue your progression within the company. Our care hours are from 6.30am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.
You'll be working 20 hours per week on a rota basis, which may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working, also picking up care work when necessary. Access to a vehicle is essential. (Additional care hours are available to make up to full time hours)

Responsibilities
Supervise and support care staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development.
Develop, implement, and review care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in senior care.
Hold the out of hours on-call phone on rota. Supporting staff and dealing with care issues.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Monitor the quality of care provided and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records using IT systems to track client progress and care outcomes.
Provide on the job training to new starters.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within domiciliary or similar senior care setting is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Familiarity with developing care plans and understanding the specific needs of elderly residents.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in IT systems relevant to care management and documentation processes.
Have access to own vehicle.
Flexible on times of work to ensure all staff are supervised.
