Main Duties and Responsibilities: Teaching, Learning, and Assessment: 1. Participate in the recruitment, enrolment, and induction processes for new students. 2. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across various environments as required. 3. Develop comprehensive schemes of learning, lesson plans, and assessment strategies. 4. Conduct ongoing assessments and provide constructive feedback to students by setting and marking relevant coursework. 5. Offer tailored academic and vocational support to students, referring them to external agencies when necessary. 6. Contribute to the overall enrichment of the student experience and support their pastoral needs. 7. Maintain an effective, efficient, and professional learning environment. 8. Ensure that teaching materials and resources adhere to best practices, positively impacting retention, attendance, success rates, grades, and value-added measures. 9. Engage in quality assurance processes to uphold educational standards. 10. Prepare students for a range of accreditation and assessments. 11. Maintain accurate student records, including writing reports and references. 12. Set and monitor personal targets and eILPs in accordance with faculty and college policies. 13. Participate in open evenings, parents’ evenings, recruitment events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities. 14. Assist in the development and enhancement of related programmes.
