Job summary
The facilities department is an integral part of UHB Trust, and all of our staff pride themselves on the values of the organisation, and always strive to deliver the best possible service and care to all of our service users.
The applicants will need to be used to working in a fast past environment, whereby the expectation will be to support the Facilities department from an administration level, but also be able to support the direct management team with delivering the best service to UHB as possible.

Main duties of the job
Managing diaries. Raising Orders and receipting, Sound use of software including all Microsoft packages, Written emails & Typing letters.
Communication is vital in this role, as you will communicate with a diverse workforce from all different backgrounds, including patients and staff members from other departments.
Organisational skills will need to be high, as the department has a large number of staff members that all have personal files, invite to meeting letters and the ordering of uniforms, so, understanding filing and clerical duties is strongly desired for this role.
