Responsibilities include;
* Assisting residents with their personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
* Assisting residents with physical disabilities using aids and equipment as required
* Providing companionship, promoting mentally and physical wellbeing, engaging with residents in their chosen hobbies and activities
* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ health to appropriate healthcare professional and ensuring residents safety is maintained
* Supporting residents at mealtimes
* Escorting residents to appointment and social outings
* Completing records accurately and maintaining confidentiality at all times

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.
This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

* Adult Care Worker - Level 2 Apprenticeship
* Level 2 Diploma in Care.
* Functional Skills (if required)
