Job Overview: Lindström Ltd, a £450m textile services company, is seeking three Customer site-based roles to enhance service delivery. The On-Site Service Operative will work closely with the Laundry Operation and Delivery Services to provide an active role in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Enhance and add value to customer service
* Collaborate with laundry operations and delivery services
* Liaise with customers and customer services for service provision, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
* Loading clean garments in correct lockers
* Bagging soiled garments for collection
* Monitoring garment levels
* Answering day-to-day enquiries
* Administration and liaison with OSS Coordinator, Account Manager, and Customer Services
* Resolving customer staff queries or issues
Requirements:
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated individual
* Polite and well-organized with the ability to use own initiative
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Full UK/EU driving license
* Able to establish trust with customers
* Proficient in Microsoft skills for data management
* Excellent communication skills to work with diverse personality types
