Our client, an established consultancy based near Kingston upon Thames, are currently seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. Our client specialises in residential refurbishments across South England and have a strong pipeline of projects. This opportunity offers flexible working and full APC support to become MRICS.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has at least 1 years' experience working for a consultancy on residential projects and must be based within commuting distance of the office near Kingston upon Thames. This is a great opportunity for someone who is lacking progression and flexible in their current opportunity.
Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
Prepare budget estimates and elemental cost plans
Produce Schedule of Works / Bill of Quantities
Produce contractors' tender returns and detailed cost estimates
Contract administration, valuations, final account process.
Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
Must be based within commuting distance of Thames Ditton
Must have at least 1 years post graduate experience in Quantity Surveying
Must have ambition to becoming chartered
Prior experience working for a consultancy
Residential / Domestic experience
Professional manner and good IT / Grammar skills
Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
