The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Bristol. The Role As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners in the Residential Conveyancing team with the following:• Assisting in handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.• Preparing draft contracts, legal documents, and managing post-completion work.• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a smooth process.• Conducting AML checks and managing case files using modern case management systems.• Supporting with Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will:• Have experience in residential conveyancing, supporting fee earners with transactions.• Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Have excellent communication and client care skills.• Be familiar with case management systems and digital conveyancing processes.• Thrive in a supportive and collaborative team with a proactive approach.
