* Annual Salary: £45k - £50k
* Location: Hybrid after training (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
* Job Type: Full-time
Day-to-day of the role:
* Monitor budgets and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax) and liaise with HMRC when needed.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
* Monitor payroll processing and ensure compliance with UK employment regulations.
* Administer health insurance and pension schemes, and manage miscellaneous administrative functions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in financial management and the preparation of accounts.
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in financial management.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Experience working within an SME environment.
