Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Europe Enablement Business Partner to coordinate global Field Enablement initiatives within our organization. As a Field Enablement Project & Tools Manager, you will oversee the entire field enablement intake request process, manage the field events calendar, and implement projects from initiation to completion.
You will oversee, design and run Field Enablement programs and secure their effectiveness and productivity. Your role will ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Digital Transformation, Product Marketing and Revenue/ Field Org.
You will allocate tasks, coordinate agreed actions, and ensure completion to enhance overall sales effectiveness and business retention. Your strong facilitation and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines will be critical to the success of our Enablement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and streamline the intake process for field enablement requests for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
3. Develop a structured system for running and evaluating field enablement impact.
4. Oversee the field events calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
5. Develop and execute end-to-end project plans for field enablement initiatives.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with field enablement goals.
7. Allocate roles and responsibilities effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
8. Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon actions.
9. Oversee the selection, installation and provisioning of Enablement tools to optimize Field effectiveness and productivity.
10. Contribute to definition and collection of performance metrics.
11. Up to 40% travel.
Qualifications:
1. Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver tactical execution.
2. Qualified enablement experience, ability to design, build and execute enablement programs.
3. Knowledge of adult learning techniques.
4. Proven experience in project management and team facilitation, preferably in a product introduction or new product development role.
5. Experience as a salesperson or supporting sales teams.
6. Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and project management methodologies.
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
9. Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
10. Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions.
11. Knowledge of sales methodologies MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, force management, etc.
12. Experience in working with Sharepoint, Seismic, Salesloft, Allego, HubSpot, Mindtickle or similar is a plus.
13. Familiarity with human-centred techniques, visual thinking, design thinking, ability to prepare, execute and follow up on workshops.
14. Defining & Measuring Enablement Success via Metrics - Kirkpatrick's Model.
15. Experience in leadership (building and growing teams in technology industry).
16. Qualified experience in building/delivering and understanding the importance of onboarding.
17. Experience in sales, SC or success functions.
