Position: Lead Engineer
As a Lead Engineer, you will be involved in the delivery of large single projects or a series of smaller projects (greenfield & brownfield). Your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the highest standards of HSE and client satisfaction are maintained.
2. Working as part of a team to ensure the design and construction is completed and approved in accordance with the time, cost, and quality parameters.
3. Covering all aspects of mechanical scope (machinery, vessels, and packages), including preparation of technical specifications, review of quotations, review of vendor drawings, preparation of design schemes, site surveys, and estimates.
4. Ensuring that all mechanical engineering works are undertaken in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the Contract.
5. Managing projects through Concept, FEED, and EPC phases together with consultancy and proposal support.
Required Experience:
1. A deep desire to apply technical knowledge in a practical and expedient manner.
2. Significant engineering and contracting experience for major and minor projects.
3. Highly motivated and confident in working at a detailed level.
4. Flexible and self-driven, working effectively within a team or alone.
5. Experienced in leading teams of engineers and designers.
6. Engineering Degree.
7. Chartered Membership of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
8. Excellent presentation and communication skills as there will be significant interaction with Clients and Technology Partners.
