The role is a full time role that supports the provision of a comprehensive customer service and tourist information service to enhance the visitor experience and maximise visitor numbers and spend in North Lincolnshire. The post is varied from providing information and advice to visitors to the area, answering the phone, working in the gift shop and helping out with events and activities. The role also includes computer work, you must be confident in the use of Microsoft Office. The post would suit someone with extensive knowledge of social media who has a creative flare to lead on our marketing campaigns. The role is for 37 hour per week and based at Waters’ Edge Visitors Centre in Barton upon Humber. The Visitors Centre is open 7 days per week and this role will include weekend working. There will be aspects of the role that includes manual handling for example event set up and take down. This could include erecting stalls/gazebos and moving furniture around the site.
