This is where to achieve more for your career. We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant to support the programme and take responsibility for the ongoing management of the solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep product knowledge, strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in requirement gathering, process optimisation and IT change management within a HR and Payroll domain. As Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for: Oversight of product design to support optimal delivery of HR & Payroll policies and processes whilst maintaining alignment with best practice and compliance with regulatory requirements. Partner with SMEs, Technology and Vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience. Serve as a bridge between end-users and technical teams Support design and functional specification of customisations, including integration, formulas, reports, and data extracts. Support data migration activity including mapping, enhancement, cleansing and reconciliation requirements We'd love you to have Strong understanding of HR & Payroll business processes and best practice. Deep understanding of Oracle HR & Payroll modules and configuration experience. Good understanding of Recruitment, Talent, Compensation and Helpdesk modules.
