The Role
As a member of the Fundraising Team, the Database Officer will work within our Data Team to assist in the management and development of the fundraising database, championing it as an asset within the organisation and promoting data-driven decision making. They will use their broad range of technical skills to uphold the highest standards of data integrity whilst constantly looking to improve processes and deliver actionable insights. These insights will enable the fundraising teams to implement audience-focused fundraising campaigns that deliver long-term sustainable income, as well as mutually beneficial relationships with our supporters.
We have achieved significant growth over the last five years, largely through individual giving, legacies, major gifts, and some in memoriam giving. We are keen to make a step change in our voluntary income. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity at TVAA and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that we have sufficient resources to provide our vital service now and into the future.
