Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
to join the team at their College Site (Senior Girls, Sixth Form and Nursery) starting in December 2024. The Role This is a varied role where you'll take on a range of responsibilities, from managing the reception area to providing essential administrative support. You will assist with daily tasks that ensure the smooth running of the school office and maintain accurate attendance records. Key Responsibilities: Act as the school’s receptionist and first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people Assist with the smooth operation of the school office, handling queries from parents, students, and the general public Maintain accurate pupil attendance records, including following up on absences and compiling reports Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, and handling deliveries Prepare and circulate documents to parents, and assist in compiling pupil packs Support the School Secretary and cover for them when necessary Manage visitor parking and assist with school events Benefits: They value their team and offer a supportive, welcoming workplace.
