You will also be offered a wide ranging benefits package which includes:\n\n33 days holiday including bank holidays\n\t\nPension Scheme\n\t\nSeason Ticket Loan\n\t\nOn going professional development\n\nWithin the M&E Shift Engineer you will be responsible for:\n\nPPMs and reactive maintenance\n\t\nElectrical maintenance\n\t\nPlant room maintenance including AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers\n\t\nHVAC Maintenance\n\t\nResponsible for sub contractors on site\n\t\nAdhering to building regulations and health and safety \n\nThis is a varied shift role, 4 on 4 off, days and nights and would suit an M&E Multi Skilled engineer, qualified either as Mechanical Engineer or as an Electrician with experience of both mechanical and electrical building services maintenance. For this M&E Shift Engineer role we are looking for:\n\nQualified Electrician (Level 3 17th/18th edition) or Level 3 NVQ/Degree Mechanical Engineering\n\t\nM&E experience within a commercial setting, public buildings would be desirable\n\t\nExperience of plant room maintenance such as AHU/ FCU Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers\n\t\nExperience of working in a shift role previously days and nights\n\nThis is a permanent opportunity for someone wanting a long term career within building services.
