About Us
We’re a growing agency working with some of the UK’s most exciting consumer brands in food, drink, beauty, and wellness. From bespoke website builds to impactful marketing campaigns, we deliver creative, high-quality work that gets results.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone organised, eager to learn, and passionate about marketing, branding, and ecommerce. You’ll join a collaborative team that values fresh ideas, a proactive attitude, and a sense of fun.
The Role
As an Account Assistant, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, supporting our Account Manager with client service, and specialists across web development, design, and marketing. Your organisational skills will help projects run smoothly, but equally important is your ability to build great relationships—with clients and with the team.
We’re looking for someone with a warm, engaging personality who’s naturally sociable and approachable. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a positive, can-do attitude, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Account Manager (direct report) to manage client relationships and project timelines.
* Coordinate tasks across teams, ensuring deadlines are met and everyone’s on the same page.
* Prepare client updates, reports, and meeting agendas, delivering them in a clear and professional way.
* Organise project files, briefs, and deliverables for seamless collaboration.
* Keep communication flowing smoothly between clients and internal teams.
* Monitor project progress, flagging any risks or delays and helping to solve them.
* Handle admin tasks like drafting invoices, scheduling meetings, and updating project management tools.
* Bring a positive, friendly energy to every interaction, both internally and externally.
About You
This role is all about attitude and potential. You’ll stand out if you:
* Are naturally organised and love keeping things on track.
* Have a warm, friendly, and engaging personality with a sociable and approachable nature.
* Communicate clearly and confidently, whether in writing or speaking.
* Are genuinely interested in marketing, branding, and digital innovation.
* Enjoy solving problems and seeing projects through to completion.
* Thrive in a collaborative, creative environment and enjoy working with others.
* Are curious and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve.
What We Offer
* A competitive entry-level salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
* 20 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays you can use whenever you like.
* A day off for your birthday and an extra holiday day for every year you’re with us.
* Flexible working hours and the option to work abroad for one month per year.
* This role is hybrid, with a minimum 3 days a week in the office.
* Comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
* Exposure to exciting projects for consumer brands.
* Clear opportunities for growth and progression within the agency.
* A friendly, fun, and collaborative team culture that values your input.
