Due to an upcoming maternity leave, there is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth.
Main Responsibilities:
• Leading integrated marketing campaigns: From concept to execution, including briefing, approvals, and budget management.
• Developing compelling marketing copy: Crafting engaging content for various channels (e.g., email, social media, website, print).
• Managing digital marketing efforts: Executing successful digital campaigns across all key platforms.
• Supporting trade shows and events: Coordinating logistics, producing branded materials, and managing on-site presence.
• Liaising with key stakeholders: Building strong relationships with sales, design, and product teams.
• Mentoring and guiding a Marketing Executive
Skills/Experience Required as Marketing Manager:
• Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for product marketing.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude.
