Position: Operations Administrator
Location: East of England Showground, Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Work Patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (09:00-17:00)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

What does the role entail?
* Process and support the operational administration to ensure a safe and efficient Genesis Servicing operation for DHL FVS.
* Manage the day-to-day processing of day work and keys to raise jobs on our internal systems.
* Assist with daywork reporting and processes to ensure that the correct vehicles have been prioritized and worked on.
* Review incident investigations within the workplace, respond to escalated issues of non-compliance, and ensure relevant safety regulations and procedures are adhered to.
* Control the management of aged WIP and highlight aged jobs to the technical manager to ensure customer SLA's are met.
* Ensure that processes such as key scanning and closing are followed to optimize revenue opportunities and adhere to KPI's.
* Be trained in drugs and alcohol testing and accident investigation training.
What do we need from you?

* Previous experience within an Administrative and Customer Service role is essential.
* Experience within the motor/automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
* Good stakeholder management and customer management skills.
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
* Comfortable answering the phone and dealing with enquiries from the account team and workshop team.
* IT literate - comfortable using I test drive, BMS, Auto pad, and customer-related portals that assist with performing to customer SLA's.
