Account Manager Bristol / Hybrid £38-45k + Comms

The Opportunity:
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for working with your clients to strategically understand their needs, challenges, and goals. From here, presenting the right solutions to hit their goals.
Relationship building, getting under their skin, and knowing what makes them tick is pivotal and vital to becoming successful here.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and PPC would be a great advantage as you’ll be able to speak with your clients more strategically and with authority.
You’ll have a mixture of home working and in the office, with 3 days being in the office. You’ll have the ability to bond with your team, learn from others, and also mentor junior members.
Client meetings are a must, whether this is virtual or face-to-face to suit client requirements.
We’re looking for someone who is looking to step up into a client-facing role or someone already in a like-for-like position. Someone who is sales-focused may not be best suited for this position.
There is business development, but there will be follow-up of inbound enquiries.
The role comes with a commission structure that heavily incentivises you; the OTE is high for people who are dedicated, motivated, and driven.
About you:
* At least 2-3 years in the digital marketing space
* Client Management not essential but would be great!
* Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords
* Understanding and in-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social, and Email
* Clear communicator and able to strike up genuine relationships
* Analytical minded
* Proactive and resilient
* Above all, a strong team player!
