KC Group has partnered with a well-established healthcare provider to recruit a Patient Support Administrator on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a vibrant Patient Support team, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care and appointments.
Key Responsibilities of the Patient Support Administrator:
* Booking surgeries, follow-ups, and medical tests
* Managing clinic diaries and patient records (Salesforce)
* Handling high volumes of calls and emails with empathy
* Processing payments and invoicing (Sage)
* Outbound sales to enhance aftercare services
To be considered for the Patient Support Administrator role:
* Strong admin and IT skills (Salesforce/Sage experience is a plus)
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Experience in outbound sales or debt collection is an advantage
