Job Overview:
I am currently working with a client who is looking for a Parts Sales Manager who has previous working experience within a Parts Department and is able to lead, manage and motivate their sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
What is needed as a Parts Sales Manager:
1. Previous experience within the Motor Trade.
2. Previous experience and knowledge of working in a Parts Department.
3. Able to identify new and existing areas for business improvement and profitability.
4. Can confidently lead a team of Sales Executives.
5. Able to motivate and manage the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Can conduct meetings, reviews and appraisals.
7. Able to provide reports when needed.
8. Able to ensure compliance with business standards and processes.
9. Have knowledge of warranty procedures and guidelines.
