Lettings Manager Join a renowned Manchester-based residential developer as a Lettings Manager. This is a rare chance to work for a company many dream of joining. The main Responsibilities of the ideal Lettings Manager: Grow the existing lettings department by developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. Review current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency. Advise on resource requirements to expand the department, recruiting and training team members as needed. Occasionally conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and close business deals to ensure a seamless customer experience. Liaise with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate closely with the senior team to develop a long-term strategy for the department, aligning with the overall company goals.
