Mariflex is looking for an enthusiastic Project Execution Coordinator to join our team in Loddon, Norwich, UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all Mariflex projects and operations. This role requires you to work in the office in Loddon at least four days a week.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating internal support services, overseeing project procurement, and managing subcontractor approvals. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain effective communication across departments will be essential in ensuring projects run seamlessly. You will also play a crucial role in managing project documentation, financial tracking, and compliance with internal procedures.
We are looking for a proactive team player with excellent administration and organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive efficiency across project execution activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:
* Assisting with the execution of all project activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery;
* Coordinating project procurement and ensuring all required materials and services are secured;
* Managing subcontractor registration, approvals, and integration into the Mariflex system;
* Ensuring all project invoices—both client and subcontractor—are processed and submitted correctly;
* Liaising with the Finance Assistant to track project costs, invoices, and quotations;
* Issuing contracts to contractor personnel, handling mobilization and demobilization, and tracking payments;
* Coordinating with finance personnel to facilitate intercompany transactions and implement agreed financial methodologies;
* Maintaining oversight of all project orders, including shipping to and from project sites;
* Collaborating with project personnel to develop Lessons Learnt reports, action tracking, and incident reports;
* Managing all project deliverable documentation, document control, and procedural compliance;
* Being available for out-of-hours work when required to support efficient project execution.
