We'd love to have you THE ROLE Manage and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and brand alignment. Optimise automated email flows, personalise content using customer insights, and conduct A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver visually appealing, mobile-optimised designs and ensure seamless execution from content calendar to deployment. Monitor database segmentation, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights. Drive impactful email strategies, maintain compliance with regulations, and contribute to overall business goals. Role And Responsibilities Email Execution Build and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Brand objectives. Develop detailed campaign briefs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure creative and content meet brand guidelines. Test emails across devices, browsers, and email clients to ensure quality and a seamless user experience. Schedule and manage campaign deployment, focusing on correct customer segmentation and high deliverability rates. Email Optimisation Support the CRM Lead in designing and optimising automated email flows, such as welcome journeys, post-purchase follow-ups, and abandoned cart recovery. Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to enhance personalisation and relevance in email communications. Regularly test and optimise email elements such as subject lines, content, CTAs, and design layouts to maximise open, click-through, and conversion rates. Continually use feedback to improve performance. Ensure compliance with regional email marketing regulations, including GDPR and other applicable laws. Collaborate on A/B testing strategies, document learnings, and apply insights to improve future email performance. Content & Asset Coordination Work closely with Brand and Design teams to deliver cohesive and visually appealing email assets (copy, images, and design elements) that align with the brand’s identity. Ensure all email designs are optimised for mobile and desktop formats, ensuring a high-quality experience across devices. Taking lead from the Content Calendar, manage the delivery of the campaign emails. Regularly update imagery and copy in line with seasonal brand themes and messaging, ensuring campaigns remain fresh and relevant. Conduct split testing on designs, layouts, and content to identify elements that drive the best engagement and incorporate findings into future campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to innovate and refresh email templates to enhance visual appeal and performance over time. Database Segmentation Assist in the segmentation of the customer database using advanced techniques, such as RFM analysis or predictive analytics, to ensure precise targeting. Personalise email content based on segmentation to drive engagement and increase relevance for the audience. Monitor database health and actively support strategies to grow and maintain a clean and engaged email list. Analysis & Reporting Monitor and track key email performance metrics, such as open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and unsubscribe rates. Use analytics tools (e.g., Klaviyo reporting, Google Analytics) to measure the impact of campaigns on overall business goals, such as revenue and customer LTV. Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities to refine email strategies. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, accessible format. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support the CRM Lead in managing communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on email strategies and objectives. Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience: Experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment. Proficiency in Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, deliverability, and compliance with regulations like GDPR. Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting (preferred but not essential). Experience with tools for project or campaign management (e.g., Notion) to manage multiple projects effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise briefs and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting, identifying trends, and optimising strategies. Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Email open and click-through rates. Conversion rates and revenue attributed to email campaigns. Timely and accurate execution of email campaigns. Engagement metrics, including A/B test results and customer feedback. Growth, health, and engagement of segmented audiences. Increased customer LTV and email-driven retention rates.
