Role Summary
The role of the Solution Onboarding Cross-functional TOM Lead is to support the solution onboarding program centrally across all KDN functions (Audit, Tax, and Advisory). It will support KDN leadership, central teams, and delivery centers to align on priorities for onboarding solutions. The responsibility of the role is to drive requirements gathering for solutions and work through the Target Operating Model (TOM) Blueprint aligned with KDN strategy for all new solutions. The focus will be on drafting and improving a repeatable methodology with supporting documentation/assets to drive the TOM Blueprint. Additionally, it will involve implementing and tracking KPIs on the performance of the solution onboarding process, identifying, validating, and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline the onboarding process.
How you will make your mark
* Act as a subject matter expert on the Target Operating Model (TOM) framework for all solutions
* Lead the design of the TOM, ensuring it is scalable and aligned with KDN’s goals
* Liaise with multiple KDN and external stakeholders (GDC Transformation, HR, Technology team, etc.)
* Develop detailed plans for implementing new processes, technology, organizational structures, and performance measures
* Provide guidance on TOM implementation, managing timelines, resources, and budgets
* Communicate progress and achievements of the TOM implementation to key stakeholders

* Professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies, aligned with overall business objectives
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's or advanced degree preferred
* Experience in Global Delivery Model deployments (Business Services, Captive Shared Services, Centres of Excellence)
* Proven experience in enacting organizational strategy and design, building high-performing teams to create value through execution
* Strategic thinking to drive progressive discussions in a matrixed organization
* Ability to structure, articulate, and lead presentations translating data into actionable business plans
