The main aspects of the role will include: + Promoting excellent Customer Care sharing knowledge/experiences with others and assist in training to promote a better-quality service. Using the relevant reports Patient Tracking Lists to monitor the No Outcome Report and escalating to care groups any issues.
* Validation of Patient Initiated follow up and highlighting to care groups
* Organisation of maintenance repairs or reporting of faults.
* Responsible for ordering stationary and other equipment whilst monitoring and maintaining stock levels using NHS Supply Chain and Agresso.
* May be required to organise events and co-ordinate conferences in relevant areas.
* Organisation of work allocation, annual leave and staff rotas ensuring all are on Health Roster and service is covered at all times.
* Working flexibly across the organisation, covering the work of colleagues during peak periods or absence.
* To ensure sickness absence is monitored and managed in line with the Trust Polices
* Ensure Recruitment is managed in line with Department expectations
* Ensure Health and Safety /Manual Handling is maintained within the Department and relevant folders are up to date
