Proactively manage and coordinate the administrative functions for the Hydroxychloroquine Screening Service within the MR Ophthalmology Outpatient Clinics at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
The job requires a high level of organisation to ensure all the available clinic capacity is utilized. This will enable the department to meet its demand and therefore provide a good service to our patients. Effective communication is essential to be a key point of contact for the service.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
* Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.
* Training on managing patient pathways.
Experience
* Experience of working within a clinical setting.
* Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks.
* Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.
* Data entry experience and documentation.
* Previous experience of working in NHS.
* Previous experience of working with medical records.
* Experience of working with EPIC hospital system.
* Experience of running reception areas for outpatient clinics.
Knowledge
* Confidentiality and data protection processes and procedures.
* Good working knowledge of office procedures and all Microsoft office packages.
* Knowledge of the Trust including awareness of priorities.
* Knowledge of Trust information systems EPIC, Envoy and MyChart.
* Knowledge of RTT targets.
Skills
* Ability to manage/work as part of a team.
