Hours Full time: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm About the role As an Aftersales Development Coach, you will build and deliver training online and in person at our branches and within our training facilities. You will help to deliver a bespoke training programme to our Aftersales Advisors and Apprentices to ensure they always deliver a fantastic experience when customers come in to have their vehicle serviced or repaired. This job would suit someone with experience in a Service and/or Parts Advisor role, with a positive, energetic outlook and the flexibility to work independently and away from home for periods of time. Day-to-day duties Coaching and mentoring new Aftersales Advisors/Apprentices to ensure they understand our processes, systems, ethos and customer service standards. Building and delivering effective training online. Monitoring Advisors’ learning paths to ensure evidence is up to date and accurate. Covering various Arnold Clark branches to deliver one-to-one training. Setting goals and monitoring individual and branch achievements. Keeping up to date with company procedures and developments.
