They now seek a personable and capable HR Manager to provide comprehensive hands-on Human Resource support, developing and executing company policies and procedures, providing HR and employment law advice whilst supporting the directors, management and staff. You will have the opportunity to shape and update the HR function, introducing and implementing many new structures and benefits. Reporting to the CFO, this is a full-time position (with potential for reduced hours) with the possibility of some hybrid working.
As a commercially aware Human Resources professional you will have experience of operational management within a dynamic and growing business.
Key skills and attributes of the HR Manager:
* Management of the process for starters and leavers
* Processing of all payroll and related reporting
* Managing pension and the associated administration
* Supporting hiring manager with recruitment
* Reporting to senior management and above, as required
* Liaising with and management of recruitment agencies
* Management of personnel files
* Management of the travel & expenses along with the associated approvals and policy
* Management and monitoring of holiday and absence
* Implementation and on going management of benefits for staff
* Providing HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers when required
