The Equipment Logistics Coordinator is the supportive role that will work with key contacts focusing on on/offshore equipment together with on/off hires and service records for each project. Ownership of creation and embedding of equipment planner to track days on hire, costs, and supplier for each project. Supporting fully the Lead Logistics as directed and required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaise and communicate with all key stakeholders both internal and external.
2. Work collectively with Logistics Lead to achieve key targets to project specification.
3. Collation and maintenance of service records.
4. Organise hire equipment with preferred suppliers together with raising, posting and issuing PO’s accordingly.
5. Responsible for equipment tracking inclusive of hire equipment together with collation of certificates for each project.
6. Create and distribute safety alerts through the company in reference to onsite operations of external machinery.
7. Assist and participate with stock checks.
8. Ad hoc duties as assigned ie paperwork collation, file management, covering leave periods etc.

1. Microsoft IT packages.
2. Flexibility and adaptability to the role as it develops.
3. Extensive on-the-job training and best practice approach.
4. Organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. An understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
6. The ability to understand, follow, and apply policies, practices, and operating procedures.
7. Ability to keep up-to-date maintenance of records and data.
Qualifications
1. Forklift licence (desirable)
2. IOSH Health & Safety course (desirable)
3. Understanding of equipment compliance (desirable)
4. Must have a full U.K. driving Licence.
