Role: Digital Transformation Lead/Business Manager – Digital Engineering, Operational Governance, Business Improvement, Cultural Transformation, Technical Roadmap and Strategy, Tech Enablement, DevEx – 6-12 Month Outside IR35 Contract - Hybrid - Remote & London - £450PD
I am currently working with a global Digital Transformation consultancy who are looking to engage an Digital Transformation Lead/Business Manager helping support the Director of Digital Engineering in making sure the technical roadmap is achieved. The role will involve leading the transformation and governance of the Delivery function in the business. This role offers the opportunity to drive the delivery and business improvement in an Enterprise level environment.
The Digital Transformation Lead/Business Manager will be responsible for:
1. Support the Digital Engineering roadmap and make sure that it is delivered against, and business objectives are communicated.
2. Play a key part in tech enablement within the business with a focus on process & business improvement and people transformation.
3. Understanding how to contribute to Developer Experience and improvement as part of the Digital Engineering strategy.
