Location: Glasgow City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working pattern: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm (flexible across business hours 8am-6pm)
Hybrid Working: Generally, 2 days in office (more office attendance as required)
Salary: Attractive (dependent on experience)

The Role
We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.
What the Role is all about:
As part of our programme management team, you will be an integral part of the successful delivery of transformation projects across the business.
You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, end users and technology teams, in both an Agile and Waterfall methodology.
We're looking for candidates with strong experience as a business analyst and able to evidence:
1. A proven record of both business and technology change delivery
2. Experience of working within a programme/project management delivery framework
3. Strong stakeholder and relationship management at all levels
4. Good knowledge of IT packages including but not limited to:
* Word
* PowerPoint
* Excel
* Visio/Enterprise Architect
Along with the desired technical skills, having motivated and enthusiastic colleagues is important to us. The successful candidate for this role will be:
1. An effective communicator
2. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
3. Self-motivated and able to collaborate with others
4. Able to manage and prioritise a varied workload
5. Keen to develop within their role
While it is not essential for this role, we are keen to hear from applicants who have had experience working with a finance function or supporting in the delivery of finance-related projects.
