Job Description:
Join our compassionate team of Care & Support Staff providing essential elderly care services in the Welwyn Hatfield community. We're looking for dedicated individuals passionate about improving seniors' lives at home. As a Care & Support Staff member, you'll help clients maintain independence and quality of life.
1. Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
2. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
3. Provide companionship and emotional support.
4. Administer prescribed medication and monitor health conditions.
5. Perform light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment.
6. Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities using your own vehicle.
7. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families for optimal care.
8. Maintain accurate care records and report changes in condition.
9. Respond promptly to emergencies with appropriate safety measures.
10. Hourly rate of £12.00, averaging £14.00 with benefits. Higher rates apply for evening and weekend hours.
11. Paid travel time between visits (restrictions may apply).
12. All training hours paid at full rate.
13. Minimum 1-hour visits.

Qualifications:
* Valid full UK driving license + own car.
* Reside locally within our franchise area.
