Poultry Manager – Throughout UK - £45,000 + Progression
The Job:
Our client is looking for a skilled Poultry Manager to oversee the daily operations of their farm, ensuring top standards in livestock care, productivity, and team leadership. Key duties include managing bird health and biosecurity, supervising feed, ventilation, and stock control, and training staff to uphold best practices. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with suppliers, veterinarians, and key partners.
This is a hands-on position suited for a proactive leader committed to animal welfare and operational success. With a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, the Poultry Manager will be instrumental in driving the farm’s performance.

The Candidate:
1. Previous experience in poultry farming or livestock management

4. Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
5. A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
6. Full UK driving licence, preferred
The Package:
- Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience).
